Return Window: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, and include proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items: No returns on sale items, bodysuits, earrings (for hygiene reasons), or custom/final-sale products.

Refunds: Processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days once approved.

Shipping: Non-refundable. Customers pay for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged/Incorrect Orders: Must contact within 7 days of delivery with photos for resolution.

Exchanges: Place a new order after returning the original item.
